Low-Fat Diets Work?
Dr. Atkins is rolling over in his grave!? The Journal of the American Medical Association opened the new year on January 4, 2006 with a lead article showing that women who ate lower percentage of calories from fat had better weight loss results than the "control group."? It should come as no surprise that eating more fruits and vegetables makes you healthier and trimmer.? It would be more helpful to me to know how many women failed to lose weight or feel better.? Why?? Because no diet works universally well for everyone?because of their?different body types.?
