Default Military Exercise

I found this cool at home exercise program online. It's a 20 minute killer!!

Pushup/Crunch superset:
Repeat 10 cycles of:
- 10 regular pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 wide pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 tricep pushups
- 10/10 Left/Right crunches


Leg / ab superset:
Repeat 5 cycles of:
- 20 squats
- 20 crunches 20
- 10 lunges per leg
- 10 crunches
- 20 calf raises
- 20 crunches

my husband and i did the pushups and crunches the other night and could only do 2 cycles, we thought we were going to p*#*#*# out! You are supposed to alternate these two supersets on different days. So when you first start out, you may not need a full twenty minutes, each set should take you 2 minutes. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

Why not drop and give it a try. You'll find body weight exercises are the best for all-around utility.
